The construction of the building took place in stages from the summer of 2021. Its start was preceded by the demolition of the original warehouse and it was necessary to resolve the connection to the utility networks.
There is a showroom, administrative facilities, sales warehouse, reception and dispatch area with a loading ramp. There are also warehouses and staff facilities, an administrative area and a staircase leading to the roof extension with other office facilities of the company.
The implementation included all internal technological systems, i.e. sanitary installations, gas pipeline, central heating, air conditioning, measurement and regulation, heavy and light current distribution, as well as connections to utility networks and the area's transport infrastructure.
