In the corners of the individual halls there are administrative facilities with separate entrances. They include complete technical equipment of the buildings.

The outdoor construction objects included the implementation of a gatehouse, fencing, retaining walls, a gas control station and an information pylon.

The following objects were implemented within the framework of engineering networks: water supply, rainwater treatment equipment, sewage system, biological activation wastewater treatment plant, fire water distribution, gas pipeline, high-current distribution and fixed fire extinguishing equipment. 

Furthermore, communications were implemented, including parking spaces, paved areas, landscaping and garden arrangements and outdoor lighting.
