The new construction of a prototype production hall, warehouses, testing laboratories including administrative wings and development offices (or technical facilities of the building respectively), relaxation areas, catering technologies (catering facility), a car park, hard surfaces, park greenery and infrastructure which serves for research and development activities. The built-up area of the building is 9,044 m2.
