The transport and mechanisation centre mainly provides service for SYNER's own building projects in the form of earthworks, landscaping, and the construction of engineering networks. It also offers its unfilled capacity to other customers.

The department takes care of all deliveries and assembly related to electrical installation works, including the inspection of electrical equipment.

The centre executes reinforced concrete structures for residential, administrative, and industrial buildings from preparation to actual implementation.

The AMMANN-type coating plant collaborates with an SYNER's own accredited laboratory and has a broad portfolio of necessary equipment.

The centre supplies and assembles outer cladding and interior structures.

SYNER implements complete interior engineering networks using its own means.
