Our values
SYNER believes in a significant shift of the entire construction industry towards sustainable values. That is why SYNER wants to be a leader in this segment in the domestic market.
We have long been aware of the importance of introducing elements of digitalisation into our business, we are committed to improving our internal processes, we welcome innovative approaches and we are determined to continue this trend. In our relationship with our customers, we want to offer solutions that enable their projects to be implemented as smoothly as possible, while at the same time fulfilling our common vision and goals, right from the development phase.
That's why we work together to create constructive solutions that strike a balance between quality and value for money, and we also place special emphasis on topics that relate to the downstream operation and maintenance of buildings. We have extensive experience in the use of the BIM methodology, which facilitates both the construction phase and, above all, enables building owners and operators to better manage their buildings. We work with LEED and BREEAM international standard methodologies on our buildings to obtain the necessary certifications upon completion.
Partnerships
Introducing the partnership between SYNER and CREE BUILDINGS. Sustainable construction and innovative practices are priorities in the implementation of our projects.
Since 2024 SYNER is an authorized partner of CREE BUILDINGS with exclusive representation for projects implemented in the Czech Republic. This enables us to offer investors and partners exclusive access to a completely new digital medium for the development and construction of sustainable buildings.
"The sustainable approach and hybrid wood element solutions of CREE BUILDINGS are fully in line with our corporate philosophy. So far we have not been heavily involved in the field of hybrid buildings or timber buildings, but we see it both as a huge potential and as one of the ways to actually implement projects that should boast a sustainability label and serve future generations. Our goal is responsible construction, both towards investors and future users of the buildings, as well as towards the environment and society as a whole. That is why we have decided to integrate this system into our existing broad portfolio of previous projects. The CREE BUILDINGS system relies heavily on renewable natural resources. Wood comes first.
The main advantage of timber elements is the standardised prefabrication of individual components such as ceiling panels, facade systems, columns and structures. These can be quickly assembled on site, which reduces carbon dioxide emissions, noise and dust and saves time, resources and money.
