Logistics and manufacturing hall in Rumburk – BAR II

This was a construction of a logistics and manufacturing hall, incl. an administrative part, with the load bearing structure of prefabricated skeleton based on bearing piles, clad with mineral boards, a sectional roof jacket and industrial floors with a mineral top layer, including levelling, electric installations, sanitary installations, central heating, distribution of technological media (industrial gasses, HPA, cooling water), delivery of compressors, connection and distribution systems in the premises (sewer system, water mains, gas mains, electric wiring), roads, pavements, perimeter fences and landscaping. The construction also included extension of hard surfaces in the current BAR 1 hall area.
