It was a new construction of a storage and shopping complex for the Richter+Frenzel company in Prague, which focuses on purchase and sales of sanitary equipment, heating, installation material (medical technology, baths, fittings, radiators, boilers, pipes, pipe fittings etc.), which takes up a third of the area of a flat estate of an irregular shape. The structure consists of a one-storey warehouse with three naves, expedition hall, reception area and two wings of two-storey administration buildings with a shop and a sample room, which abut from both sides to the one-floored hall. The entrance to the sample room is from a circular quoin. The administration part is hemmed in by streets U Technoplynu and Prumyslova. More than 33 % of the complex area is made of reinforced surfaces of access roads, car park, handling yard and a walkway. The height of the attic space of the hall does not exceed 12.5 m.
