GRUPO ANTOLIN manufacturing plant – Stage I + II

The construction of both stages took place in a former field in the suburbs of Turnov. It was a manufacturing hall with an annex administrative building and a new complete infrastructure. The simple one-storey hall is equipped with the technology for thermal processing of plastics for automotive industry. The two-storey administrative and technical part of the structure then houses all offices as well as facilities for employees (locker rooms, showers, toilets), a canteen with its own kitchen, laboratories, workshops, technological rooms (air-conditioning machine shop, boiler room, switch room, compressor room for the production of HPA, etc.) and warehouses. Due to the size of the manufacturing hall, some elements, e.g. the air-conditioning units, were installed on the roof with the help of a heavy duty helicopter. Constructionally speaking, the structure consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton with lightweight composite cladding.
