This was the first foreign investment of SYNER, which was co-funded by PENTA financial group.
Stage I included the construction of a timeless polyfunctional building with seven floors of administrative premises and commercial premises on the main floor situated on the left bank of the Danube river with a direct view of the old town and Bratislava castle. The first floor of the building is connected via a footbridge to a commercial centre to which it creates a suitable counterbalance. The building’s 9 above-ground floors including a recessed floor offer 11,000 m2 of office space and nearly 1,500 m2 of commercial premises. One basement floor is used for parking. Constructionally speaking, the building is a reinforced concrete monolithic structure. The façade consists of a combination of aluminium ribbon windows and offset glass sills. The side facing the through highway has a double skinned glass façade which improves the acoustic shielding properties of the cladding.
