This 14-floor building in the centre of Liberec was built in the 1980s as an administrative building of ELITEX Company and after this reconstruction it still serves as an administrative building. It consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton accompanied by ceiling panels. Reinforced concrete lift shafts, staircase shaft and two reinforced concrete shield walls serve as the reinforcing elements. The remaining two front face walls are provided with a lightweight prefabricated perimeter coat. As part of the reconstruction the roof insulation, all existing partition walls, internal fittings, floors, windows, doors and all three lifts were replaced with new ones. A completely new look was given to the ground floor entrance, with a modern designed interior of the entrance hall. The lightweight coating of the front face walls was partly changed, the shield walls were insulated with a contact insulating system. The system of anti solar screen on the both front face walls was created using vertical interestingly coloured aluminium lamellas, which gave the building a completely new look.
