Palac SYNER

The building is a polyfunctional one and it mainly houses offices which are supplemented with commercial premises on the street level – there are Komercni banka call centre, a sports club, shops, a hotel and other companies. The complex comprises of a six-storey car park which namely serves to the residents from banking institutions and financial and insurance companies and partially also as a public car park. The building is functionally divided into two parts which are interconnected by a glazed entrance hall with steel footbridges. Constructionally speaking, it is a monolithic concrete skeleton clad with a combination of glass, aluminium and stone.
