The reconstruction of a former Rohan riding hall into a hotel and a restaurant. The new building itself was preceded by the original riding hall and restaurant facilities removal. The building is made of two parallel two-storey blocks with a saddle roof. The building has three above-ground floors (the third has an attic character) and one underground floor. The blocks are interconnected on the first above-ground floor and the other floors are connected by connecting bridges. The hotel has a capacity of 84 beds, and it also has a congress hall for 120 people, meeting hall, 2 meeting rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a balneology centre. As a part of this structure there is a car park for 30 cars.
