The shipping hall is functionally divided into an administrative and a hall part. The hall part has a simple appearance, which is fully subordinate to the operation. The administrative section is designed with regard to the location of the main entrance, office and technical and social facilities.

The hall forms a single floor plan, divided into a lower northern and a higher southern part. The foundation of the building is designed as a deep foundation with regard to geological conditions. The axial distance of the main columns is adapted to the planned operation. The construction of the technological bays and the construction for the lifting bridges are designed as a combination of prefabricated vertical walls and reinforced concrete prefabricated floors.
The MaR system in the building is designed to meet current standards of modern regulation.
