This is a new administrative building with office and storage spaces, including the relevant facilities.
Price (excl. VAT)
The new part of the building has one underground floor, ground floor and one above-ground floor. There are storage spaces here that are directly connected to the existing storage part of the existing administrative building.
The construction also included the construction of a new gravity storm sewer, an underground prefabricated retention tank, water distribution, a new gravity sewage system with a connection to the existing area sewerage system and the construction of a new gas pipeline.
