FORUM commecrial and social centre

The department store complex consists of nine buildings forming a complex connected with arcades covering a total area of 21,000 m2. The whole project included extensive relocations of utility lines, demolition of the original Jested department store following the opening of stage I and subsequent completion of stage II. FORUM commercial and social centre received the “Building of the Year 2011“ award which was awarded by the Association of Building Entrepreneurs of the Czech Republic for the functional connection of social function with utilization for commercial purposes and enrichment of services in the centre of Liberec as well as “Building of the Year in Liberec Region – Ing. Dr. Stepan Jes Award 2011“.
