Construction implemented in a green field, including all utility lines. The building is based on piles and its structure consists of a reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton together with lightweight cladding. Preparation rooms and offices are built in from ceramic blocks and plasterboard. The ground floor provides a commercial area of ca 17,000 m2.
