SYNER was the main contractor of the structural part of this project. It included a very complicated structure which was the first of its kind in the Czech Republic. The reinforced concrete skeleton is supplemented with a steel structure and the height of the building exceeds 40 m. The ceilings are 18 m high in some parts and the complex technology had to be installed in these parts before the commencement of the construction work. The construction was therefore very demanding, not only as regards organizing of work but also from the constructional point of view. The project also included construction of an access road, including a bridge over the Nisa river and a complex 12 m drive up ramp for the garbage trucks. Thanks to the architectonic design and very good performance of construction work, the project resulted in an above-standard industrial structure standing almost in the centre of Liberec.
