The complete rebuilding and reconstruction of a former hospital building into an educational facility. The building has 2 underground floors and 6 above-ground floors with the second underground floor and the sixth above-ground floor not extending over the whole ground plan, only a part of it. The interesting element of this building is a steel in-building of the lecture rooms which are implemented on the second floor. Another architecturally interesting element is a suspended, ventilated ceramic facade. The roof of the structure is designed as saddle-shaped with sheet metal coverage.
