The project included the new construction of two blocks of flats connected with a semi-basement in which the service facilities, such as medical offices, a pedicure salon, a nurses’ room and a community room are situated. The structures were designed as monolithic skeletons with filling made of ceramic brick blocks. The roof covering consisted of copper sheets on a round lagging covering all sides. The windows were wooden with double glazed units. The façade was designed as a contact thermal insulation system with coloured silicate plaster. The inner structures and wiring were made in a standard way and of standard materials meeting the requirements of the structure.
