Administration buildings
A building complex (building A - 10 above-ground and 4 underground floors + building B – 7 above-ground and 3 underground floors) with prevailing administrative function, commercial premises and restaurants and multi-storey underground garages in Prague 7 - Holesovice, at the crossroads of Argentinska, Tusarova, Jatecni and U Garazi streets which will offer 28,000 m2 of office premises and parking for 400 vehicles for rent.

Building A occupies an area of 2,023 m2 and building B occupies an area 2,716 m2. Both projects are certified with a LEED certificate under the conditions of U. S. Green Building Council in LEED 2009, v3, Core&Shell (BD&C) evaluation system. Both buildings were awarded a GOLD level LEED certificate.
