Zelene mesto residential complex – Jarov, Prague 9

The area of the premises is 14.5 ha, the built-up area is 7,019 m2. The project included the building of new roads and pavements, parking places, retaining walls, public lighting, sanitary and stormwater sewers, water mains, heat pipelines (from Malesice heating plant), heavy current and light  current connections and landscaping. The project is interesting owing to its character, size, scale, and its development layout and extent of greenery conforms to the existing landscape. The architectural solution, material selection and the design itself fully complies with the surroundings and meets the requirements of contemporary modern accommodation.
