Logistics Center, Přehýšov

The Přehýšov Logistics Center is a development project of the UDI Group, which offers spaces for storage, offices or light manufacturing near the D5 motorway. The entire park is located right at exit 100, just a few kilometers from Pilsen. This industrial park will be well visible and accessible for heavy vehicles, visitors and future employees. The interesting thing about the project is its size, a total of 3 halls are to be built, with the area of ​​the two largest exceeding 100,000 square meters in total. It goes without saying that the buildings are being built in accordance with BREEAM certification.
