The Industrial Palace will be restored to its original beauty and glory by the association of building contractors, of which SYNER is a member. The building, which was built in 1891, will undergo a complete reconstruction, which will be carried out with maximum respect for the value of the cultural monument and will now boast the most modern technology. For example, heat pumps with 70 deep wells with an average depth of 140 meters will take care of heating. A comprehensive solution for the internal environment will be provided by modern air conditioning and shading technology, and a large basement will be created under the left wing, which will serve as a background for the entire palace.
