Havlickovy sady residence

This project included a collection of four buildings (one eight-storey and three seven-storey ones) with 140 flats interconnected via a commercial floor with an open glazed arcade on the ground floor and two basement floors with garages – 180 parking places including technical facilities. There is also a swimming pool and a restaurant in the building. Individual flats are designed to meet a higher standard – there are wooden windows, doors and floors combined with Marmorette flooring and ceramic floor tiles. The common premises include aluminium doors and windows, ceramic floor tiles and epoxy floor screed. There is a geared lift in each building.
