Budejovicka polyclinic – ALFA 2, annex to LEXUM ophthalmologic clinics in Praha

The subject matter of the project was the implementation of strengthening of the foundations and construction work on the 1st and 2nd floor in SO.03 and SO.04 buildings, realization of a two-storey annex to SO.03 building (3rd floor for the needs of the lessee – LEXUM Praha, a.s. ophthalmologic clinic, 4th floor for the extension of MEDICON, a.s. out-patient care) and annex of a utility floor on the 5th floor level for the needs of both future users in Budejovicka polyclinic premises. The planned medical facilities are intended for one-day out-patient care only. The annexes constitute functional extension of the current medical facilities of Budejovicka polyclinic and are schematically connected to its departments. Pavements and hard surfaces were also installed along the inner face of SO.03 building serving among other for the transportation of patients from ambulances from SW gateway to the inner courtyard to the main entrance into SO.03 and subsequently into evacuation lifts.
